Today I headed down to the local convention center where the annual RetroTech show was going on! It's always a fascinating trip down the road of technology past. Lot of calculating devices and measurement tech. I took a few photos and created a google photo album.
I was able to score some nice purchases. Ended up with two really nice core memory modules. they are in excellent condition. i checked them out with a multimeter and everything looks functional! i hope to have these connected up on a project later this year. I also picked up a nice new mechanical adding machine. i have a couple different ones, but they were a little too large to carry with me when i go do demos on decimal based computing. this one is perfect! I also got 4 HP decade display counters. these were for some sort of HP frequency counter. i want to see if i can find some data on these and get them functional...
