This are some of my new ideas, which are not completely solved ;-)
- Flux Generator (Only a prop with some blinking LEDs ;-)) Biggest Challenge: Housing, already done by @daveDarko: #FLUX capacitor trinket and @Bastiaan with #Mini flux capacitor prop PCB .
- Small LED Light Engine - A node which could connect to other nodes and control some LEDs. It is intended for Outdoor use. Should use 1 .. 3 LEDs powered by 12V. Should also use a LIN Driver for Communication, A/D Channel for Light/Ambient sensing. Maybe i would use a LIN System Basis Chip. To Sad the ATA6614Q is made of unobtanium :-( Challenges: IP67 rating and Housing, Size constraints (Diameter of 30mm should not be exceeded) and doing.
- Create a new Base PCB with FT232RL, LM7833, ATMEGA328P, ESP8862, DHT11, HD44780 LCD Display, 3x 3006 Buttons, ICSP Connector, and all on a half Euro-Card PCB. (Needs also a nice Name) I would use it for Temperature Monitoring or different other Purposes..
- I recently got in possession of some MSP430G2231IPW14R ... so i ordered a Launch Pad and do a few tests...
- I wonder if it would be possible to create a Thermal Printer from scratch. In general it shouln't be that complicated... Just put a lot of Resistors on a PCB, do some calculations and experimentation et voila a custom thermo printer :) aww i forgot... i'm really bad at doing things and controlling stepper motors :(
