Recently I was taking some photos of a project to upload here on Hackaday. I needed a softbox to really get the lighting right for a few shots but didn't have one with me (college - I'm a bit nomadic and can't bring too much). I improvised a softbox using my phone and some paper, reminiscent of how things were done (really only stereotypically) back in my old digs, the Bluegrass State. It worked pretty well so I thought I'd mention it in case anyone else found themselves in a similar situation.
