The Forth environment has stabilized to a point where I feel confident about updating the Kestrel 3 User's Guide with new material on the Forth interpreter. Since writing is such a contemplative outlet, things will be somewhat quiet for a while as I rework the contents to reflect the state of the art. My apologies.
