Now the 1st prototype is working well, it's time to build one for the wild. Yesterday I already posted some photos of the mechanics but today I'll assemble the 2nd RPi-Hat.
So I grabbed all that stuff flying around (stencil,...) and quickly thought, hey I can do better!
The PCB tightly fits into the pocket. A 2nd (deeper!) one helps you getting everything out again.
I found it's better to have the PCB sitting slightly above the wood. So the pocket is 1.5mm deep while we measured about 1.75mm for the PCB thickness.
