Just finished the Software for my Coil winding machine. I used my Arduino Nano QP .
It was perfect for this project.
The source code can be found on my github.
Now, I have the Magnets, let us wrap the coils. I will use painted copper wire with a diameter of 0.09mm.
Both of the coils should have 40 Ohm at the end, which makes a lot of wrapping.
So I decided to build me this Coil-O-Mat to make me this task easyer
Hopefully I will finished this quickly, so I can start to do the first tests with the e.m.p.
Today I found a few moments to prepare the parts for my first piston prototype.
They are laser-cut and it seems that the results looks like my cad design.

A Neodymium magnet, 3mm of diameter and 10mm length fits in the middle of this design.
And the hole thing fits in the tube and moves.
I use one of these plexiglas tubes
Then I laserd 4 Water inlets in the tube
Next step will be the piston ... stay tuned
The 10 Watt solar panel is now ready for the first tests, if the sun shows up this weekend :)
And here comes the sun 22,42V with no load.
