Found a very intresting chip.

It basically replaces the capacitor dropper. And based on my estimations it just enofe to handle the peak power draw of my curcit. Simpler and smaller board. I think i will see what i can come up with using this chip.  I think i can shrink my board down to fit in a smaller 1inch pipe enclouser.
