Yesterday i made some breakout boards for a laser driver ic ( IC-HKB ) from ic-haus.de
This small part will replace the self made laser driver which was based on the die4drive
laser diode driver. The IC-HKB supports laser switching for frequencies from CW up to 155 MHz.
When the laser driver is working, we will design a shield with all the needed controlling units on it.
We are planing to release an open exposer DIY kit next year.

We switched to the IC-HKB. Not tested yet. But have a look at the latest log. There you can see the new prototype of an Arduino shield which is prepared for the IC-HKB, motor drivers, end switches... etc. When the proto board is working, we will offer kits or ready to go boards during the year.

Are you using the iC-WKM to feed the switching iC-HKB?
