I would like to add Calendly for appointment scheduling. I like it because it talks to a lot of calendar apps seamlessly, which is convenient for working with students. It's very easy to use and sends you an email whenever a student signs up for, or changes, an appointment, which is great for avoiding last-minute surprises.
