The battery string power terminals need to be tough enough to accept the huge 95 mm² ( > AWG 3/0) cable.
The terminals are made of a piece of very heavy copper bar tin soledered to a piece of small 10 x 3 bar. The result is neat, compact and robust.

The lead-acid batteries of my off-grid solar system are dead. I will replace them by a 18650 batteries stack housed in a big wooden box.
