The pick consists of two 3D printable parts and some solid core wire. You use the solid core wire as the "needle" for the pick to hold surface mount parts in place. The pick has a small basin in it so that you can put a "thing" on it for extra weight.

The gravity holder was designed so that anyone can easily and freely make their own if they have access to a 3D printer. The source files are on Github.

I guess if someone doesn't have access to a 3D printer, could just wrap a piece of wire around the pliers, right?
