Ran out of time with my last 3 entries:

DHT12 MQTT sensor network - 4x DHT12 sensor nodes with an OLED node in the middle

Web interface for "painting" on an SSD1306 OLED / PCD8544 Nokia 5110 with websockets

MQTT WeMos OLED - receives entire 64x48 pixel buffer as MQTT messages

Will slap them in the MicroPython forum instead when they are completed
