@deqing tells us that he is working on a version for CC2541 and founded a interesting device to hack: HAVIR HV-101 & HV-102. It may be the only low cost BLE product with a reprogrammable controller.
It has a button, 2 LEDs, a buzzer and debug pads. That basically everything we need. I've put it's photo on https://github.com/DeqingSun/CC2541WristBandHack
Thanks @deqing

yes, HV-100 has the debug pins, too. I uploaded a picture here: https://www.schlafhacking.de/files/images/HV100-front.jpg

I think HV-100 101 102 are the same hardware. 100 has USB port for charging, and 102 is 101 with rubber case.
I got my 102 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my untraceable 101 package. But I guess 101 and 102 are exacly the same.

The Havir models seem to breakdown as follows:
HV-101 = plain puck design, hole at top for attaching to lanyard
HV-102 = HV-101 in a rubber case, attached to a slap bracelet
HV-100 = button at top instead of side, on lanyard, different PCB layout:
Haven't been able to find any shots of the other side of the HV-100 but it does look like it at least exposes the same debug pins
