I created a bracket that attaches to the rear face of the vertical aperture that will allow fine tuning of the focal length for the biConvex (collimating) lens.. This will allow the light that is passed through the vertical aperture (slit) to be focused properly on the surface of the concave grating mirror. ...which will in turn allow us to get a nice crisp image with the camera!
