So the linkage used in the original design didn't work. The linkage would pinch during movement stopping movement completely. So it was back to the drawing board with that, but the new design is much improved. The servo can rotate freely in the new assembly without pinching allowing for smooth rotation and actuation. I will post pictures and videos very soon as well as a list of materials and some basic build instructions.
