I've added a prism dimension calculator to my portfolio website. The calculator takes in the aspect ratio of a sheet and produces a template for cutting prism sides. I've also put in an order for a larger Lexan sheet. That way I can experiment with alternative ways of constructing the prism, such as bending the sheet or 3D printed fittings. This will be a big improvement over the hot glue and masking tape that holds my current prototype together.
