We're about 90% done with our schematic, and about 80% done with the board prototype.

I've actually gotten much better at kiCad and have nearly all of the parts on the board. I'm unsure about the final shape, but here's a quick preview.

Remaining HW tasks:

- Sort out the Battery / USB Charging / LDO / Boost regulator / Power issues (oh so many power issues.)

- Attempt to test the FTDI schematic (I copied it, I didn't test it at all) and console access via USB.
