This is a project I made quiet a while ago. It is based on the simple 16F628A PIC microcontroller and uses a common Nokia 5110 display.

The program was made with CCS and I couldn't add any more functionality because I ran out of ROM and wanted to move on to another project.

It works with a 3V cell and draws almost 1mA.

I'm sorry the text is in Spanish, but you can change the code easily.
