I would like to build a very simple pick-and-place machine that me by taking over the really boring part of placing all these R, L and Cs and leaving only the more complicated parts to me.
intended Features:
closed loop positioning by using DC motors and encoder strips from ink jet printers.
simple servo-driven picking head
Using Igus Drylin N17 linear rails
a clipping system to hold cut tape in defined places or a simple drag feeder.
base and frame made out of wood and/or 20x20 aluminium profile
