I want to make, and document plans for, a collaborative desktop multi-axis rotary wire electrical discharge machine. I'm using Will Langford's desktop wire EDM design in the link below as a starting point, so much of the hard work looks like it's done. Before I start working on a design, I would like to get members' input for recommended design changes in order to increase build volume, add machine axes, use more off-the-shelf components, and to reduce the cost and time to build.
