I've made a change to the Run Control circuit. The way it was, pressing Stop would cause the machine to stop in the middle of an instruction, which wasn't the intention.
Here's the revised circuit. The STOP input is now connected to give the same effect as SINGLE INSTR mode, so that stopping does not occur until the end of an instruction.
