Once the electrical wiring is verified to work, mechanically connect the parts with the solar panel. Using hot glue and cable tie proved to work very well. Pay attention that no electronical parts touch the frame or any other conducting elements. Also, keep the USB port of the ESP32 easily accessible for flashing new firmware.

Attach your LEDs so they illuminate the front of the solar panel. Ready made lamps can be used here for simplification.
