Figure 1. Conceptual electronic design. Neural signals are acquired trough the Muse headband which is connected to a Macbook Pro. An SDK application is used to determine the neural state of the user and the NeuroLS Software Interface (an original Pure Data patch) converts neural-state-data into audiovisual representations. NeuroLS Physical Interface transfers PD-generated instructions to LED Lamps and audio units through MIDI, DMX and XLR to obtain the final audiovisual effects.
