I have soldered one board. Connected two 10F 2.7V super capacitors and waited until they were charged. I saw the voltage rise at 0.5mV per second so it would take forever before the 3.3V and 1.8V outputs are enabled. So I jump started the supercapacitor by applying a current limited 4.5V from my bench power supply. After 15s the 3.3V and 1.8V turned on.

It seems to works but the design verification still needs to be done. Bed time now, I will continue another day.
