Description

Some attendees wanted to build a portable air quality monitor. Some of the request included a GPS, SHT21, BMP680, SDS011, ... Not all of these devices could be powered from 3.3V, therefor we reused the same SX1308 based step-up convertor from our Bot Jewel to provide us with a nice 5V power source.

1 × SDS011 Air quality sensor
1 × BMP680 Pressue, humidity, temperature and gas sensor
1 × SX1308 1.2MHz 2.1A Step-Up converter

Up in the air!

During Fri3d camp we launched a weather balloon which held a Ph0xx with Air jewel so we could measure the air quality going up. At a certain height the dust particle sensor stopped working due to the very low external temperature (as low as -61°C).
