Another 2 years have gone by. I forgot to post an update for last year's second recovery, but in 2024 I did recover the capsule buried at the end of 2019. It logged data for very slightly longer than 4 years, beating the first recovery by a few months. I think this is the last one out there that used the original 1" square design with the Aliexpress sensor module; as of a few years ago all further boards are a redesign that has all SMD components.

Unfortunately, we were unable to recover the 3rd capsule on time for the end of 2025, but there is hope it may show up later in the year. Similarly, a capsule for 2025 was not buried.
