Dave_ Z.In case there is a need to wipe the entire EPROM contents, the most easy way is to use the UV-EPROM eraser (pic below).
It has UV light source inside which will erase everything in minutes. In my case I put my entire memory-bank inside and it is ready to use again. Easy
