While building the address decoder, I realised I'd made a couple of mistakes in the design. Now they're fixed, I'm posting the updated schematics (They're available on Github as usual, too).

Here's the updated address decoder (The main issue was that the /UDS and /LDS lines were handled backwards in the v1 schematic):
