After some brainstorming with a friend, we thought a puppet-like structure would be a great way to improve the design for the following reasons.

• No need for projectors or mirrors. I can put a flat LCD screen under the plane.
• The overall assemble is way shorter, so it'll fit on my desk.
• The control surfaces are all the same, so the programming and manufacturing is simplified.

The drawback of this design is I may need a lot of strings to get all the control I'm looking for. Also, there might be a lot visual obstruction from the poles, which kinda ruins the magic.

I believe this concept is easier to prototype, so I will move forward with it!
