This video shows how to simply control the Torque of a BLDC motor on Raspberry Pi using Python programming with SOLO.
The method is done using Hall sensors mounted on the Brushless DC motor and it offers precise and bidirectional torque control.
Raspberry Pi sends all the commands through its UART line to SOLO and SOLO will take care of the delivering power and controlling the Torque of the BLDC in closed-loop mode.
