The glasses require no additional materials while the visor requires a band to be attached to the wearer's head.

I have tried to come up with an option for those in need of face shields who do not have access to the hard plastics traditionally used. Both the glasses and visor can use household plastic/cling/saran wrap as the protective barrier. The glasses require no additional parts (other than the plastic wrap), while the visor requires an elastic or string to be attached to the wearer's head. 

The minimum configuration can use the glasses or visors and two struts to hold the wrap away from the wearer's face. The maximum configuration includes a stabilizer bar that can be attached to the bottom of the struts for more stability.

    Print necessary parts

    At a minimum this should be the glasses or visor and two struts. The full configuration requires the glasses or visor, four struts, and stabilizer

    Attach two or four struts to glasses or visor

    The struts friction fit onto both the glasses and visor. A drop a glue can be added for extra security.

    (Optional) Attach stabilizer bar

    Attach a stabilizer to add rigidity
