This bug-fix release fixes an issue with non-power cycle hardware resets on RP2040 boards which support them (such as the SeeedStudio XIAO RP2040 and the Cytron Maker Nano RP2040) which had previously been causing flash to be erroneously reported as being full. It also fixes an issue where the flash erase marker was in the wrong location on rp2040-big
configurations. Note that no changes have been made in non-RP2040 binaries aside from changing their filenames ─ they will still report their version as being 1.2.3.1
