This feels like it should be a patch-level release, but it includes (albeit relatively minor) breaking changes to the SysTick, multitasking, and scheduler APIs so I felt I needed to at least make it a minor relase. This also includes a new means of uploading code, for those who cannot use e4thcom, namely codeload3 (based off of contributed code), along with some more documentation than was previously available.
