This does not feel substantial enough to be worth making a release for quite yet, but I have implemented formatting and typing fixed point numbers and fixed a significant bug in the implementation of f/. I may make a release after I implement parsing fixed point and double cell numbers. I also intend on implementing common fixed point functions like sin, cos, tan, exp, log, etc. in the near future.
