Travis BemannThis bug-fix release fixes an issue with PIO program relocation, where PIO programs' instructions would be relocated but the PIO programs themselves were not uploaded to the PIO instruction memory at the relocated addresses. Note that this is an RP2040-only release ─ non-RP2040 platforms have no changes.
