This is version one, I started doodling on the mask as a guide for the next version. The goal here is to expose as much of the visible facial features, the tip of the nose, the nostrils, the cheeks, the smile lines, any dimples and the entire mouth region. The black line across the bottom is the proposed area for filter element as it is mostly out of sight when looking straight on at the face mask.

The black area is the the area I would like to be all clear, so the next model will have this space open. Imagine this being cut out and leaving the thinner frame.

I think I will lower the top line so it looks more neutral and less like a creepy smile.

The edge of the mask needs to come down so it still seals with a open mouth.

The crevices of the nose need to come in, and the bridge needs to be tilted away from the face so it does not dig in.

The angle of the nose bridge needs to come to the left here away from the face to move the sharp edge away from the bridge of the nose.

The strip and hole across the bottom is where the double MERV 13 filter Matt is exposed for easy breathing and an optional outward breath valve under the chin. This is about 6 times the air flow than a 3m respirator I have I am comparing it to. Please forgive my messy living room, creative people tend to be messy is an understatement. :)
