Here comes the second version of the mask, the facial opening is getting bigger and shape is being adjusted to a more inviting, " smile" shape. Something subtle that also does not roam into the creepy smile territory. The two models are show in red and green here to emphasize the improvements over the first version

Ok The red model is version one over-layed with version 2 in green. We have a much larger facial open area that will be clear, there is less material so print time has now been reduced by 4 hours, down to 14 total at this time. The areas on left and right of nose are pulled in and nose bridge raised and more clearance for larger snozes.

The bottom has been extended to help maintain a comfortable seal when someone opens their mouth wide. Here you can better see the nose bridge clearance, don't worry we still need padding around the edge of the mask and this better prepares us for that in the nose area.

Showing another angle how much the bottom has been pulled down under the jaw line. There is no placement for a filter element here yet. I am planning for this filter to be about 3/4" wide and wrap from edge to edge about 10-11 inches long. Plenty of surface area. I have Merv 13 .3 micron electrostatic cloth for filter media matching or exceeding N95 requirements, and it is easily replaceable.
