My biggest feedback on fitment of a variety of faces is that the nostrils almost always leak air and blow into your eyes when you exhale. So I am working on an optimal shape and double D seal for around the nose that is both effective and able to be customized for the individual user.

here is Version 3 , overall the whole frame has been thinned to around 3-4mm thick. In the end I believe it will be thinned one more time. The nostril  needs adjustment and the slots for strapping need to be added.
