Here we have a test piece being modeled to get the desired shape before we move to printing a test in real life.

The outside lip fits on the inside of the mask frame and hides the food grade silicon adhesive from view. This lip will also be duplicated in the vacuum forming process.

It is harder to see at this angle ,but Version 4 has two slots on each side for strapping to skip through. I will print a test of the clear cover to check for fitment before we move to modeling the full vacuum bucks for the parts. Things however are coming along great and quickly!
