programmin1Repeater-START is now available for Windows (Tested with Windows-8, Windows-10).
This new build was uploaded to sourceforge last week, and works like the Linux version, but without the locate-me button (No Geoclue build on Windows?)
The source code is on the Windows branch in Github.
