Thanks! I wrote a Python script under the Fusion 360 Add-Ins dialog that generates a hypocycloidal curve from a user specified pin count and pin diameter. The pin count determines the reduction ratio, and the higher the reduction ratio, the longer the time delay. Changing the drive gear ratio will also increase / decrease the time delay.
