Smart humidity regulated bathroom ventilator fan triggers when showering to prevent mold growth on the tiles.

Turns on the fan when the system detects people showering in the bathroom.
Turns off after relative humidity < 75%.
Used 4 FSM stages to determine whether there are people showing or just the relative humidity is too high. i.e., to prevent false triggering.
