This is one of my hobby project I have done in the past, The power supply is capable of supplying 0-25v with up to 2A of current.
The power supply uses a transformer which steps down 230V mains to 24V, which is then rectified and filtered. The variable voltage and constant current is achieved by op-amp and power transistors.
