I'm not too experienced with the SPI interface, but I have used it a few times with pre-made SPI sensors. It worked, but was just returning things like temperature. For what I want to do here, combining many SPI ROM chips, I'm sure I'll need to troubleshoot them at some point. For that, I found a fun guide on Hackaday of all places. I'll add the link below and be done with this log.
