I've added the files for all of the X-PC parts to be laser cut.

Use 3mm acrylic, measure the thickness of the acrylic first - make sure it's not thicker than 3mm or you will have trouble assembling the parts.

The files are in .dxf format, if you are using Techsoft 2D Design (as used in UK schools) select Import from the File menu, then change the units to mm in the DXF Import setup.
