I heard of an ECB-to-STE bus interface, though this is not published on the web.
If it exists, it would be a handy way of prototyping STEbus versions of ECB boards.

I'm not keen on this design, because there is no direct access to a memory mapped screen. You can tell because there are no video memory address multiplexers. While this might be fine as a teletype terminal, it might be rather slow for things like games.
