The goal of this project is to make a 3-speed box fan controllable using simple 433MHz remote/reciever components that are readily available off-the-shelf. I wanted a way to control the fans remotely without requiring any setup or configuration beyond the wiring. This ruled out IoT systems or any form of WiFi connection capability.
