A brief instruction on how to initially install the Home Assistant server in a virtual machine under Windows 10.

Execution time: 15-30 minutes.

What we need:
-personal computer (preferably a desktop, but a laptop is also suitable);
-Windows 10 operating system is installed on the PC;
-home wireless or wired router;
-Wi-Fi / Ethernet PC connection to the LAN router;
-Internet connection;

Brief on steps:
Step 1. Download the virtual machine player
Step 2. Download the disk image of the finished Home Assistant virtual machine
Step 3. Create a virtual machine
Step 4. The first start of the virtual machine
Step 5. Create an administrator account in the Web interface
Step 6. Fix the IP address of the host of the Home Assistant server on the router
Step 7 . Setting up basic plugins
Step 8 . Installing the ESP Home Plugin (Option)
Step 9. Connecting any external devices via endpoint (HTTP / MQTT / Web Sockets)
Step 10 . Access to the server from the Internet
