Some time ago I remove WebCLGL JS library project from GitHub... But now I have decided to share it again and something better as NSCE which has included NCLGL (WebCLGL totally ported).

As gratefully to people that love technology instead the money, at that time he made me feel ashamed not to share with them.

(Don't use for something that involves the loss of privacy and the rights of ordinary people or for simple economic gain)
