I added a couple of 10pf caps to a few pins to reduce some noise and placed an L78L05 voltage regulator inline with power coming in, because it helps with reducing noise and keeps voltage at Ref VR1 constant.
So, I experimented with this and found I can get a sawtooth wave from pin # 2 on the 555 timer chip @ 2.53vdc at 0.02mA
